Automated Vehicle - 3.1.7
Conclusion Questions:
1. Describe the objectives for this project in your own words.
The objectives for this project were to use our programming and design skills from previous activities to create a robot based on a prompt
2. What were the most difficult parts of the problem? Describe the difficulties you had with these things.
The most difficult parts of the problem was coding the difference between holding a button and pressing the button.
3. List and describe two features that were not part of the design problem that could be added to improve your design.
Two features that could be added to improve the design would be a sonar to tell the robot how far from the wall and when to stop. another added feature could be another switch to move the robot in different directions.
4. Describe how your design and program worked during the official test? Was your design successful? Why or why not?
Our design worked great in the official test. We had tested our program many times and found out how to use it without a wire which improved the overall presentation
5. Describe some things you learned during this project.
I learned how to use variables to save values and use them later. They primarily helped the robot travel the same distance forwards and backwards and to save the button value to determine if it was held or pressed.
